Foothills Library Teen Staff

Erin is the teen librarian at the Foothills Library, who can't wait for the zombie apocalypse and loves to read dystopian and post-apocalyptic novels to prepare. She also loves historical fiction and believes that she was sometimes born in the wrong century.

Stephanie G is a Library Assistant III at the Foothills Branch, but she started out as a teen volunteer. Although she hated reading when she was young, she doesn't mind it now. Most of what she reads is Youth or Teen fiction.

Main Library Teen Staff

Kearsten is the teen librarian at the Main Glendale Library. She is the queen of book clubs, and will read almost anything – youth, teen, adult, graphic novels, audiobooks, fiction, nonfiction – but prefers genre over realistic, and loves a scary, violent apocalypse.

Ray is a Library Assistant III at the Main Glendale Library and often refers to himself as a Ray of Sunshine...because, well, he is. Generally, he likes books that are funny or quirky, and set in reality. Realistic-fiction or literary fiction are the genres he loves most.

Velma Teague Library Teen Staff

Sunny is the youth and teen librarian at Velma Teague Library. She loves non-fiction books especially ones about different cultures around the world (she also likes a good mystery).

Administrative Staff (all former teen librarians!)

Greg is the administrative librarian at the Velma Teague Branch Library. His reading genre of choice is horror with an emphasis on ghosts and hauntings over blood and guts.

Karen is the Public Services Manager for the Glendale Library System and prefers her fiction dark and her humor bitter. Favorite genres include bone-crushingly realistic fiction, psychological suspense, horror, urban fantasy, and historical fiction.

Kristin is the Manga and Anime Goddess at the Foothills library. Well, actually, she's the administrative librarian there, but who wouldn't want to be a Goddess? When Kristin's not reading for work, she likes light, fluffy books mixed with fantasy and suspense. Pretty much anything, but hardcore science fiction!

Merideth is the administrative librarian at the Main Library. She's loud, red-headed, and way, way too into comics, sci-fi, fantasy and most things geeky.
