Read with your Ears...

June is National Audiobook Month. Yes, I'm serious. Make it a goal to try out a new audiobook this month to celebrate! Did you know that you can get audio versions of the hottest teen books? You can listen to it on a CD player or your MP3 players. All for free from a service the library provides to our users! The Greater Phoenix Digital Library is a library of e-books and audiobooks that you download from your computer at home. All you need is a valid library card from Glendale!

Here are just a sampling of the titles that you can borrow from the GPDL site:

Uncommon Criminals by Ally Carter
The second book in the Heist Society Series

Beauty Queens by Libba Bray
50 beauty contestants stranded on a desert island after a plane crash. What's not to love?

Bruiser by Neal Shusterman
Twins befriend Bruiser the boy named "most likely to get the death penalty" in his school.

And if you don't want to deal with downloading books from your computer. Come on in! We've got plenty of books on CD to choose from!
